Who this work is for?

This work is for people who feel tired, wired, overwhelmed or stuck in their own head.

You might be functioning well on the outside but inside your body never quite switches off. Sleep feels light or broken. Your mind runs ahead of you. You carry tension you can’t fully explain. You’ve tried talking, thinking, analysing, fixing… and your body is still holding on.

Many people who come here are sensitive, thoughtful, and used to pushing through. Some feel disconnected from themselves. Some feel emotionally full but physically exhausted. Some just know something in them needs to slow down.

You don’t need to believe anything special. You don’t need to “be spiritual”. You just need a body that is asking for rest, rhythm and regulation.

How life can feel different afterwards

After working with sound, many people notice things shift quietly rather than dramatically.

Their body settles more easily. Breath drops lower. Muscles soften without effort. Sleep becomes deeper or more consistent. Emotions move instead of getting stuck. Thoughts feel less loud and less urgent.

People often describe feeling more present in their body, less reactive, and more able to meet everyday life without feeling on edge. There’s a sense of space inside, and with that comes clarity, steadiness and a bit more choice in how they respond to stress.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping your nervous system remember how to settle, reset and find its own rhythm again.

Sometimes the biggest change is simple: you feel more like yourself, and that is no small thing.
